The Terre dei Trulli tarallini are the authentic Apulian tradition. They are produced following the original recipe, handed down from generation to generation, which involves the use of a few simple ingredients: flour, water and oil. We select only Italian and Apulian ingredients, strictly free of artificial colors and preservatives. Given their low caloric value and their simplicity, Apulian tarallini are a truly versatile food. They can be used to accompany first courses and soups, but they find their ideal role in an aperitif, as an accompaniment to a drink and to olives, cold cuts and pickles. Being a very healthy snack, they are also suitable for children: in fact, they are often chosen as a snack to take to school.
